axsImaging.NET is an image processing component which has been purpose designed for ease of use within the .NET/GDI+ programming environment. It interfaces directly with Bitmaps, Pens, Brushes and Graphics surfaces, and it provides 100% managed C# image processing. The component includes a large number of image effects, conversions and transformations, which can be applied to RGB, RGBA and grayscale images. Image data can be read or written to file or stream in most popular image formats. You can also access the data directly as a GDI+ Bitmap, Graphics surface, or managed byte array.
