This program is an excellent tool for the Construction or Service Industry. You put in the items to budget along with your Mark Up and Budget Percentages and it automatically calculates your budget. Once the job has started then you key in your actual job cost and it will go to work for you and immediately identify your current status. If you are over budget or even under budget the Analysis tool will be a tremendous asset to you and your bottom line profit and margins. I am a General Contractor and this tool was developed for many reasons and is now being used by the Nations Largest Reconstruction Firm in the US.
