Crystal Desktop ist ein virtueller Desktop-Manager. Verwaltung von bis zu neun Desktops von der Windows-Taskleiste mit diesem Tool. Crystal Desktop hat klare Point-and-Click-Interface. Keystroke, Etiketten, Icons, Desktop-Hintergrund und sogar Bildschirmauflösung sind individuell für jeden Desktop. Drag-and-Drop-Methode zum Verschieben von Fenstern ist auch (wie unter Linux / KDE).
