History Agent is a personal search engine. While browsing the Internet, you view dozens of pages, which create your personalized content. That data is valuable; however, most often it simply dissolves in the stream of data you receive to your computer. That is the reason why History Agent was created.
Running in the background, the program saves pages you have viewed to disk. It will use the accumulated data to help you find your way around the Internet. How does it do that? You will probably ask. Thats very simple. When you view some Web site, the program analyzes the history of your page visits and searches for Web sites with the most similar pages. As the result of the search, the program displays the list of Web pages similar to the one being viewed. All the data is clearly structured by visit date and URL.
The pages are saved in the standard (*.mht, *.htm) formats and thus can be viewed from the history by any browser supporting these formats of files. History Agent has a capability to import/export the history. E.g., this will let you take your history home when you leave your work. After importing, the history will be available for viewing on your home computer.
