The program has been designed as universal product for surveillance hybrid platforms running all together with wireless and wired Internet cameras, Television-cards, capture boards, power-line, and USB webcams. It has web interface with the equal appearance and controls on the local and apart workstations. Customers view MPEG-4 coded video and have complete management of the software through network that surveillance station can be operated with no monitor, keyboard, and mouse connected. Software\'s modular structure significantly improves reliability because all parts act as independent programs. If one unit fails, other components continue working. For instance if the "record" part fails, "watchdog" restarts it immediately that users don\'t notice anything because they are watching picture through a "playback" component. The program does "cyclic" recording that the "disk full" situation never happens. The recording can be non-stop or it can be turned on by movement, human face recognition, or by timetable. The software has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty easy and performs on the surveillance pc as well as on apart workstation via Web interface. The software makes simultaneous video playback for event analysis from many cameras at the same time. Also recorded files can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded files can be encrypted and password protected.
