4.When using MITA, a MITA mark and copyright is required in either documentation or product's graphic interface.If the product has apackage,a MITA mark and copyright should also be added in.The MITA mark and copyright should contain at least the words 'MITA Audio Engine'and 'Migan Technology'.The MITA's logo is not mandatory.

5.When the product becomes a commercial release, it needs a Commercial License or Cheap Commercial License.

MITA commercial license

If your product or project is used for commercial purposes, and used MITA,You will have to buy commercial license or cheap commercial license.
