An alternative to the TIFF output dll for the NED Image printer driver. This dll creates Windows bitmap (.bmp) files instead of multi-page TIFF files. This is a feature that has been requested by many users of the NED Image printer driver. Complete C++ source code is included (Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 required).
