It does this in several different ways: 1) It teaches you the musical theory on to find the "One" 2) It has a vocalized count(1,2,3..,5,6,7..) with the songs to help you hear "The One" 3) Best part of the program is that it actually will test your ability to find "The One" and will give you feedback by calculating your accuracy. 4) Has a bonus game that will enable you to play along to the song with different instruments.
