Software Executable Manager 1.0 for XP

SEM(Software Executable Manager) is a Windows Operatring System based application. You can manage other applications executable rights or user rights on your operatring system. When a computer executable program load to your system memory, SEM will ask a request about permit or deny selection before execution. If user has management right of SEM, the executable program can remark into permit list or deny list, if executable is in permit list already, SEM will not request selection, if executable is in deny list already, SEM will ask deny message and silent option at next time. Without password, user can running permited executable only.
