An ActiveX control that displays a numeric scale on a rotating drum. Full control of numerics and visual indicators. Outside frame properties for outer and inner bevels and border. Gradient coloring of the scale gives a realistic appearance to the control. Three levels of tick marks and two levels of numeric labeling provide much flexibility in the behavior of the control.
