Using USB Flash drive, SyncDataSpirit can sync files and folders of pcs automatically and freely. SyncDataSpirit sync data by SyncItems. A SyncItem represent a file or a folder of yours. For example, you may save all the documents edited by WORD in a folder. You have a folder for these WORD documents in the pc of your home, and you have a folder in the pc of your office. Now you want to sync these two folders. You may create a SyncItem"My WORD Documents", then add these two folders in it. So SyncDataSpirit can sync these two folders automatically. SyncDataSpirit use USB Flash drive to sync data. Why not use Internet? One reason is some Internet link is too slow. Another reason is some pcs have no Internet link at all. When Windows write(read) data to(from) USB Flash drive, it does not check the data. The data readed from USB Flash drive may not be the same as the data write to the USB Flash drive. This may damage files. SyncDataSpirit check data when read(write) data, so it will not damage user's files even if the USB Flash drive is damaged. If you have only one pc, SyncDataSpirit is useful to you too. It can backup files and folders automatically. You can apoint a BackupConfigmessageEmailbox. When you create or delete a SyncItem or pc, or add(quit) a pc in(from) a SyncItem, all your new config message will be save to this emailbox automatically. If your USB Flash drive is damaged, you may install SyncDataSpirit to a new USB Flash drive and "Reconstruct USB Flash drive from Emailobx". Then all your config messages will be downloaded to your new USB Flash drive from BackupConfigmessageEmailbox. Note:On the billing page, RegNow makes the EDS (Extended Download Service) as selected by default, if you do not need it, please check it under the 'Remove' column, and then click button, the EDS and its fee will be removed, please be careful.
