Neutron Solutions Limited (owner of JPowered.com) hereby grants you a non-exclusive license to use its accompanying software product provided that,

1. Licensee does not utilize the software in a manner which is disparaging to Neutron Solutions Limited .
2. Licensee does not Rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;

The license is granted on the following terms:-

Single Domain License
Allows the use of the software on any number of web / intranet pages belonging to a Web Site (ie a single domain including all sub domains).

Standard License
This license allows the usage of the software on any number of web / intranet pages for any number of domains located on a single server.

Professional License
This license allows the usage of the software on any number of web / intranet pages for any number of domains located on any number of servers belonging to one company or organization

Enterprise License
This license allows the usage of the software on any number of web / intranet pages for any number of domains located on any number of servers belonging to one company or organization.

Royalty Free Distribution - This license also allows the software to be redistributed / resold (in binary form) provided the software forms an integral part of part of your own end-user application.

Full Source Code - This license grants the right to modify and recompile the source code as required. You may not use the source code as a basis for developing your own software of similar nature with the intent to sell. The source code can only be included in compiled form as a part of your software, and you may not include the source in any similar software as the purchased source. You may not distribute the source code in any way.

UPGRADES
If a new release of the software is produced within 6 months from the date of purchase then you will be entitled to a Free Upgrade. The 'Support and Maintenance' period can be extended at any time at a cost of 25% of the original license price per annum. The 6 month Free upgrade period will commence from the date of purchase.

COPYRIGHT
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain in Neutron Solutions Limited. The Software is protected by the international copyright laws. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other law. This License gives you no rights to such content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
NEUTRON SOLUTIONS AND ITS LICENSERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY LICENSEE AS A RESULT OF USING, MODIFYING OR DISTRIBUTING THE SOFTWARE OR ITS DERIVATIVES. IN NO EVENT WILL NEUTRON SOLUTIONS OR ITS LICENSERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, PROFIT OR DATA, OR FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF NEUTRON SOLUTIONS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

MISCELLANEOUS
This software is not designed or intended for use in on-line control of aircraft, air traffic, aircraft navigation or aircraft communications; or in the design, construction, operation or maintenance of any nuclear facility. Licensee represents and warrants that it will not use or redistribute the Software for such purposes.
